Suzanne and Mortimer come across a patient in crisis on the streets of Montreal. A newcomer with a mysterious past arrives at the Institute.

As Suzanne and Mortimer’s bond strengthens when she invites him to a party at her sister’s house. At the institute, Mr. Dallaire continues to open up.

Suzanne is forced to see Guylène, her adoptive mother. Back at the institute, Ms. Moisan's increasingly unpredictable behaviour causes a stir.

Suzanne confronts Mortimer about his mother, creating a rift between them. Meanwhile, Suzanne attempts to take control of her life.

Concerned about Mr. Villeneuve’s behaviour, Suzanne makes a surprising discovery that implicates a member of the team.

The whole team undergoes CPR training, which leads to a confrontation with Emilien. A former colleague of Suzanne’s resurfaces.

Suzanne’s daydreams corrupt her ability to work as she attempts to help a woman battling a psychological attack.

While resolving a crisis at her parents' house, Suzanne experiences tensions with her mother; Suzanne testifies at Mr. Villeneuve's trial.

Suzanne visits Evelyne and sees her mother again; Suzanne and Mortimer make changes to the D-wing, while the team prepares for a party.
